eGrants Electronic Grant Application (for PDM, FMA, and RFC)

The eGrants application is available at https://portal.fema.gov. All persons that will be given access to your eGrants application must complete a username and password. All will be given View and Create/Edit authority. However, you must complete an Authorization Matrix and mail it to our office with indications of who is to be given Sign/Submit authority for your application. Until we receive the Authorization Matrix with an original signature in the mail, we cannot grant Sign/Submit authority. Note, we suggest that you identify at least two people to hold Sign/Submit authority. Both individuals must have the authority to financially bind your jurisdiction to providing the required grant match along with upholding all the requirements included in the grant guidance and grant agreement.
