  1. As a SAVE inspector, the main objective of your Rapid Evaluation is:

    To provide a detailed engineering investigation of damaged buildings.
    To quickly, with a minimum of manpower, inspect and evaluate damaged buildings.

  2. What posting is required for a building or any story that is significantly out-of-plumb?

    Red - Unsafe - Extreme Hazard, no entry allowed.
    Yellow - Limited Entry - Dangerous condition, owner entry for emergency purposes.
    Green - Inspected - Original lateral load capacity not decreased, no restrictions.
